Crane Operator

We are seeking a certified Crane Operator to join our team!
Responsibilities
•Efficiently operate crane in a multitude of environments and projects
•Coordinate with site management and crews to complete lifts
•Complete reports and submit to the office
•Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
•Clean driving record
•Perform OSHA/ANSI shift and monthly inspections

Qualifications
•Nationally accredited crane certification
•Basic mechanical knowledge
•Professional, positive, team orientated & willing to work with the public.
•Hold a minimum of a class B license
•Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Equipment Repair Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. The Equipment Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery, all makes and models both new and old. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring equipment functions safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose issues using manuals, schematics, and testing equipment.
• Replace or repair defective parts and components.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance performed, and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status and repair needs.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Prior experience in equipment maintenance or repair.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and repair best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks related to equipment repair.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including noisy or industrial settings.
